Cloud-Dried White is made from the most delicate leaves, left to wither slowly in the open mountain air. There is no rolling and no oxidation, only time and patience. The result is soft and floral, with orchid notes, sun-dried hay and a silky finish that opens further with each steep. Its softness carries a little more caffeine than you might expect, so we tend to reach for it earlier in the day.

How to brew
Around 3g of leaf with water at 195–212°F, steeped for 10–15 seconds.
Pour out completely between infusions. White tea is forgiving, so feel free to extend the steep time a little with each round. Re-steep 5–6 times, and later infusions are often the most expressive.
