White tea made this way is rare. The leaf is picked at its most delicate, then left to wither slowly in open mountain air: no rolling, no oxidation, no intervention beyond patience. What remains is closest to what the tree intended: orchid floral, sun-dried hay, a silky finish that opens further with every steep. A little more caffeine than the softness suggests so it's best enjoyed earlier in the day.

3g · 195–212°F (90–100°C) · steep 10–15 sec · 5–6 re-steeps.
Pour out completely after each steep; don't let leaf sit between infusions. White tea is forgiving, extend steep time slightly with each round.
