Ancient Green is a pure expression of the Snow Shan tree, hand-picked from the ancient forest and simply processed with heat, time and careful hands. Unoxidized and clean, it carries fresh grass, gentle florals and a natural sweetness that deepens with each steep. The highest in caffeine of the four, it is made for slow mornings and quiet resets.

How to brew
Around 3g of leaf with water at 185–195°F, steeped for 8–10 seconds.
Pour out completely between infusions. It's brewed a little cooler than the other three, which keeps it clean and sweet rather than bitter. Re-steep 5–6 times.
