Tip: For a richer cup, use more leaf and a longer steep. The fermented base becomes smoother and more refined with each re-steep.
STORAGE
Sealed in a foil-lined bag to preserve freshness and aroma. Reseal tightly after each use. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. Keep away from strong odors. Flavor may continue to develop over time. Best within 48 months.

3g · 195–212°F (90–100°C) · steep 10–15 sec · 5–6 re-steeps.
Pour out completely after each steep; don't let leaf sit between infusions. White tea is forgiving, extend steep time slightly with each round.
